Subcontract Manager (Outside IR35)

Our Client are looking for an experienced Subcontract Manager. You'll request EPCM acquisition and a fig of years processing and executing Contracts & Procurement wrong Oil & Gas projects.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop, Implement, and negociate a portfolio of Large EPCM Package Contracts and Site Services Agreements associated with the Project.

- Compile tender documentation, ensuring that the bundle is implicit and viable.

- Ensure that method and commercialized dialog evaluations and strategies are carried retired successful a timely manner.

- Prepare and negociate the issuance of contracts and its documentations.

- Plan, make and execute Post grant Contract absorption activities.

- Responsible for Contract Close out.
